Not worth the money

The good - Ideally positioned with shops and a tavern opposite. Friendly staff who were very welcoming. Large room which was nice. The not so good - The bed needed a new mattress. Very old by the feel with springs pushing into you. Sleep was very hard. Shower was average. Spout was poor so water did not give you a good shower. TV picture was average. Overall have stayed in better for less money.

Will definitely return

Lovely room, friendly staff. Ebony on reception was a gem! I had a Great meal at the restaurant. Heaps of delicious options, and all the staff were friendly and efficient. Layla was particularly sweet. Good selection of wines. Would def come back to the hotel & the restaurant.

Lovely stay. Friendly staff both on reception, restaurant and room service. Price for room service very reasonable. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots to eat on offer. We stayed as we were attending a concert at Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Hotel is within 15 minutes of this centre, very convenient, also DFO right next door. Hotel is getting a little tired and could go with some updating, but overall very clean and comfortable. We will return again for concerts at BEC and airport usage. Thank you !

Relief and Comfort. Homely feeling

The room was very clean and there was a homely feeling when I walked in on the first day. I really felt at home. Bed was sooo comfortable. I would fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed. Thank you great service. At the Catalina restaurant, I had the steak special and it was amazing and the breakfast was really lovely, not too many choices but just right for the many of us looking at just grabbing a quick brekky before leaving for business meetings. The staff were extraordinary and just to make mention of a particular attendant at the restaurant, Jin I believe was the name. Thank you for the lovely service. I will definitely recommend and let my friends and family know of this hotel. Thank you
